Hi, I’m Rutherford
I’m a trauma-informed somatic relationship and intimacy coach, helping individuals and couples build relationships that feel safe, meaningful, and alive.
My work focuses on strengthening the inner foundations of love — emotional safety, nervous system stability, and the relational skills that allow intimacy and attraction to grow.
This work is deeply personal to me. My own experiences in love have shaped how I guide others — with honesty, care, and a grounded understanding of what it takes to create something real.
For over a decade, I’ve supported singles and couples through the messy, painful, and beautiful parts of intimacy, with warmth, insight, and presence.
